It has two positions, which you can adjust by using a screw.
Position 1: Acts like a normal bullet button, use bullet to remove magazine
Position 2: Normal magazine drop functionality restored. *ONLY for out of state use, where legal!*

NOTES: Will not work without modifications to POF AR-10 type lowers.
